Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time Since many of our hiking staffs and custom gear are hand-finished or made-to-order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.

• Custom Orders: For fully custom hickory or bo staffs, processing may take up to 3 weeks. We will keep you updated on the progress of your unique piece.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates We ship all orders from our workshop in DeLand, FL. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and length of your staff.​

• Standard Shipping: Generally takes 3-7 business days via  USPS or UPS.

• Oversized Items: Please note that longer hiking staffs (over 48 inches]) may incur special handling fees or require specific shipping carriers.

3. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Damages White Wolf Hiking Staff's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately through our contact form so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
