1. Return Policy We have a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our business, custom-made hiking staffs, bo staffs, or items with personalized engravings are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Damage: If your staff arrives broken due to shipping, please take photos of the damage and the box/packaging. Email these to whitewolfhikingstaffs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement started for you.
4. How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at [Insert Your Email Address]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
